Jack Harris’s Impressive Field Target Shooting Continues…

The Welsh Airgun and Field-Target Association (WAFTA) Winter League began on the 15th October as the first round of the competition took place in Oaktree Field Target Club in Tondu.

Talented field target shooters gathered determined to set a solid score. With a total of eight rounds for competitors to compete, there was the added pressure of getting those all-important scores in so early on in the series.

The remaining qualifying rounds will be:

29th October 2017 – Castleton– Round 2
12th November 2017 – Oaktree – Round 3
26th November 2017 – Nelson – Round 4
14th January 2018 – Tondu FTC – Round 5
28h January 2018 – Quarry – Round 6
18th February 2018 – Tondu Target Club – Round 7
11th March 2018 – Blaenau Gwent – Round 8

Continuing off his success in the BFTA Grand Prix series and the World Field Target Championships, Jack Harris was on top form and finished the competition in first place with 100 points.

The next event will take place on the 29th October. At Castleton Field Target Club in South Wales.
